From kickoff to closeout
Who I am
I’m Renise Black, a project coordinator and manager who has worked across IT operations, database administration, and software engineering — including two years as a developer at Amazon. I pair technical fluency with structured delivery so projects stay scoped, on schedule, and genuinely closed out.
What I do
- Plan with intent — Project charters, scope and WBS, schedules and milestones, risk registers, and communication plans that get signed off before work starts.
- Deliver with discipline — Clear task ownership and RACI, issue and blocker management, stakeholder communication cadence, and agile ceremonies that keep delivery visible and on track.
- Close with knowledge — Acceptance and sign-off, hand-off and transition, lessons-learned capture, and documentation that leaves the team stronger after the project ends.
